[National Bureau of Statistics: Production and Demand Indices for Large Enterprises Remain Above the Critical Point] The PMIs for large, medium, and small enterprises were 49.9%, 48.7%, and 47.1%, respectively, down 1.1, 0.1, and 1.1 percentage points from the previous month, indicating varying degrees of decline in business activity. Among them, the production index and new orders index for large enterprises were 50.9% and 50.1%, respectively, both remaining in the expansionary range for six consecutive months, indicating continued release of production and demand from large manufacturing enterprises.
