The plan proposes to utilize technologies such as artificial intelligence to deepen the construction of urban lifeline safety projects, promote the digital transformation and intelligent management of urban infrastructure such as gas, water supply, drainage, heating, bridges, tunnels, and integrated pipe corridors, and strengthen the investigation and rectification of urban road collapse hazards. It also calls for establishing and improving a mechanism for the simultaneous planning and construction of digital infrastructure and municipal infrastructure.
