[Georgia's Economy Maintained Strong Growth in September] ⑴ Georgia's economic activity grew by 6.4% year-on-year in September 2025, slightly lower than the previous month's 6.6%. ⑵ Key sectors such as manufacturing, transportation and warehousing, information and communication, and professional and technical activities performed well. ⑶ However, the construction and energy sectors dragged down overall economic activity. ⑷ Net external demand exerted downward pressure, with exports growing by 7.7% while imports grew even faster at 9.7%. ⑸ Economic activity grew by 7.7% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2025.
