[Romanian Bond Issuance Exceeds Target, Yields Decline Significantly] ⑴ The Romanian Ministry of Finance issued €1.744 billion in bonds maturing in 2030, exceeding the original target. ⑵ The average yield on the fixed-rate bonds issued this time fell to 6.98%, a significant decrease from 7.57% in the same type of bond issued last month. ⑶ Market demand was strong, with subscriptions reaching 2.217 billion lei, far exceeding the previous issuance of 427.7 million lei. ⑷ The annual coupon rate for this bond issue is 6.85%, and the Ministry of Finance will resume issuance next Monday. ⑸ An additional 75 million lei is planned to be raised through a non-competitive tender.
