[China Futures Association Notice on Issuing and Implementing the "Rules for the Management of Futures Market Making Trading Business"] To implement the relevant requirements of the "Opinions on Strengthening Supervision, Preventing Risks, and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Futures Market," and to further strengthen self-regulatory management of futures market making trading business, the China Futures Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), after extensively soliciting opinions from the industry, has formulated the "Rules for the Management of Futures Market Making Trading Business." The rules were reviewed and approved at the 23rd meeting of the Sixth Council of the Association and are hereby issued, effective December 1, 2025. Risk management companies that have registered their market making business with the Association, in accordance with the "Guidelines for Pilot Business of Risk Management Companies of Futures Companies," may conduct futures market making trading business.
