[Guotou Silver LOF: Warning of Premium Risk and Trading Suspension from 10:30 AM to 27th] Guotou UBS Fund announced that the secondary market trading price of its Guotou Silver LOF (trading code: 161226) is significantly higher than its net asset value per unit, with a substantial premium. To protect investors' interests, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market opening until 10:30 AM on February 27, 2026, and will resume trading at 10:30 AM. Redemption services will continue as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease, the fund reserves the right to take further measures. Since January 28, 2026, the fund has suspended subscriptions (including regular fixed-amount investments), and the resumption time will be announced separately.
