[Italy's Consumer Confidence Index Rises to Four-Month High in February] ⑴ Italy's consumer confidence index rose to 97.4 in February from 96.8 in January, slightly higher than the market expectation of 97.2, reaching its highest level since October 2025. ⑵ All sub-indices of the index improved, except for assessments and expectations of personal economic conditions, and judgments on the current timing of savings. ⑶ The personal economic sentiment index rose slightly to 96.8 from 96.6 in January; the current economic sentiment index rose to 100.7 from 100.1; and the future economic sentiment index rose to 93.1 from 92.3.
