Wang Changlin, Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that the shift from decline to growth in national fixed asset investment in the first quarter of this year is a highlight of my country's economic performance, with three key supporting factors: First, policies to stabilize investment are taking effect rapidly, large-scale equipment upgrades are continuing to exert their influence, and policies to promote private investment are being implemented more quickly, resulting in a 1.3% increase in private investment; second, new-type productivity is activating new momentum, with various regions developing new-type productivity according to local conditions, driving rapid growth in investment related to new momentum; and third, major projects are taking the lead, with accelerated construction of major projects becoming a key factor in stabilizing investment.
