(2) The U.S.-based data center operator has approached banks and private credit funds regarding the financing, sources said. (3) The proposed deal is reportedly expected to yield between 10% and 15%, or “low double digits.” (4) The funds from this self-arranged financing will be used to purchase chips for GMI Cloud’s projects at its facilities in Thailand, owned by STT GDC Sdn Bhd.
