Binance revealed that 90% of the assets stolen in the recent security incident have been recovered, exceeding the previously announced 80%. The company has allocated over $6.34 billion of its own funds to cover the funding shortfall caused by the hack. The remaining 10% consists of tokens outside the top ten most liquid affected assets. Binance plans to restore user withdrawals this Sunday. Binance has also pledged to replenish its SAFU emergency reserve to approximately $1 billion. The futures insurance fund has already completed its rebalancing and can support coverage of affected assets; the fund's current size still exceeds the required standard.
