[China Coal Transportation and Marketing Association: Inventories of key coal enterprises increased by 51.9% year-on-year at the end of June] The China Coal Transportation and Marketing Association released the operation status of my country's coal market since June 2025, and coal inventories are at a historical high. At the end of June, the inventory of key coal enterprises was 102 million tons, basically the same as at the end of the previous month, an increase of 51.9% year-on-year; the national thermal power plants had 210 million tons of coal in stock, an increase of 5.9% from the end of the previous month, and an increase of 3.8% year-on-year; the coal stocks in the ports around the Bohai Sea were 27.65 million tons, a decrease of 8.5% from the end of the previous month, and an increase of 2.5% year-on-year. In late July, the coal stocks of key monitored coal enterprises decreased by 8.7% from the end of the previous month, the coal stocks of thermal power plants increased by 2.3% from the end of the previous month, and the coal stocks of ports around the Bohai Sea decreased by 5.8% from the end of the previous month.
