Ningshui Group's controlling shareholder and persons acting in concert transfer shares internally. (1) Ningshui Group announced that its controlling shareholder's and persons acting in concert, Lanmo Private No. 8 Private Equity Fund, intends to transfer 2.034 million shares to Wu Xin and Yang Ming via a block trade. Upon completion of the transfer, the fund will no longer hold shares. (2) This transfer is part of a family asset planning arrangement. Wu Xin and Yang Ming will be added as persons acting in concert with the controlling shareholder. The transfer plan will be implemented 15 trading days after disclosure. (3) This transaction represents an internal shareholding adjustment among persons acting in concert and does not involve a reduction in market holdings. The controlling shareholder and its persons acting in concert maintain their combined shareholdings and proportions.
