The company's CEO Pascal Soriot reiterated the pharmaceutical giant's firm commitment to the US market on the same day. Soriot said the British listed company has "many reasons" to deepen its presence in the US market and revealed that it is "accelerating the transfer of production capacity to this side of the Atlantic" to achieve localized supply for American patients.
