[Multiple districts in Beijing have downgraded or lifted their flood emergency response levels, while Yanqing, Huairou, Miyun, and other areas remain under a Level 1 flood emergency response.] According to the Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, rainfall in Beijing has subsided. After comprehensive analysis, starting at 9:00 PM on July 29th, the Level 1 flood emergency response will be lifted in Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Daxing, and the Economic Development Zone districts. The Level 3 flood emergency response will be downgraded to Fangshan, Mentougou, and Changping districts, while the Level 2 flood emergency response will be downgraded to Pinggu. The Level 1 flood emergency response will remain in Yanqing, Huairou, Miyun, and the Chaobai River mainstream and its management areas in Shunyi and Tongzhou. Currently, Beijing remains under an orange alert for geological disasters and meteorological risks, and a yellow alert for flash floods. Citizens are advised to avoid dangerous areas such as mountainous areas and rivers and to exercise caution.
