Tianjin Upgrades Chaobai River Flood Warning to Yellow: Due to upstream water discharges from the Chaobai River, Beihe River, and Qinglongwan Diversion Canal, as well as drainage along both banks, the water level in the Chaobai River section above Huangbai Bridge continues to rise. It is expected to exceed the yellow flood warning standard (5.76 meters above Dagu elevation) around the early morning of July 30. In accordance with the "Tianjin Flood Warning Issuance and Management Measures (Trial)", the Tianjin Hydrology and Water Resources Management Center upgraded the Chaobai River Flood Warning to Yellow at 11:00 PM on July 29, 2025. Relevant units are requested to initiate appropriate responses in accordance with relevant flood and drought disaster prevention plans. The public is requested to take precautionary measures and ensure their own safety.
