Japan issues tsunami warning for Tokyo Bay and other areas. Japan raised its tsunami alert from "reminder" to "warning" on Wednesday following an earthquake near Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula. According to a notice from the Prime Minister's Office, the affected areas include Tokyo Bay and Osaka Prefecture. NHK predicts a tsunami wave of up to three meters could hit the Japanese coast.
