[National Energy Administration: Will actively study and formulate policy documents on improving the quality of charging operation services to serve the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry] On July 30, the National Energy Administration mentioned in its reply to the No. 5165 suggestion of the Third Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress that after years of development, there are now a large number of electric vehicle charging and swapping companies in my country, and the market competition is fierce, which has better market conditions. Therefore, local governments have basically liberalized the charging and swapping service fees, which are determined independently by charging and swapping companies based on market competition conditions. The National Energy Administration continues to guide operating companies to standardize their operations, requiring the construction, design, construction, supervision and other units of public charging and swapping stations to strictly implement the main responsibility for safe production, urge companies to establish and improve the operation and maintenance personnel team, strengthen daily safety inspections, intelligent operation and maintenance and other measures, and improve the equipment availability and fault handling capabilities in key scenarios and time periods.
