[The Central Meteorological Observatory continues to issue an orange warning for heavy rain at 10:00 on July 30] It is expected that from 14:00 on July 30 to 14:00 on July 31, parts of central and northern Zhejiang, Shanghai, most of Jiangsu, eastern Anhui, southern Shandong Peninsula, eastern Liaoning, northeastern Jilin, eastern Heilongjiang, Xinjiang Yili River Valley and western southern Xinjiang, and most of Taiwan Island will have heavy to torrential rain. Among them, parts of northern Zhejiang, Shanghai, central and southern Jiangsu, southeastern Anhui, and southwestern Taiwan Island will have heavy rain, and southern Jiangsu and southwestern Taiwan Island will have local torrential rain (250-300 mm).
