The Huawei Cloud North Africa Summit Boosts Regional Intelligent Transformation: The Huawei Cloud North Africa Summit was held in Cairo, Egypt, on the 29th, attracting over 600 government officials, business leaders, and ecosystem partners from over 10 countries and regions. Huawei, China's leading company, unveiled its "Five Inclusive Benefits" strategy at the summit, exploring how to promote regional intelligent transformation and development through innovative technologies such as cloud and artificial intelligence (AI). In his speech, Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, Ghaffar, noted that the continued growth of local data hosting in Egypt is both a technological choice and a guarantee of data security. Cloud computing, as a cornerstone of healthcare development, can securely and efficiently manage patient data, promote medical research and innovation, and expand access to high-quality healthcare. Shi Jilin, President of Huawei Cloud Global Marketing and Sales Services, stated that the current global AI technological revolution presents opportunities for leapfrog development in North Africa. Huawei Cloud will help North African countries build an intelligent cloud foundation and accelerate the intelligent upgrade of various industries. According to Feng Qiyou, Director of Huawei Cloud's North Africa Business Department, Huawei's public cloud services currently serve over 300 clients across fintech, e-commerce, retail, finance, and government services.
