[Ministry of Finance: Will work with the National Health Commission to print the Management Measures for Childcare Subsidy Funds in the near future] Guo Yang, Director of the Social Security Department of the Ministry of Finance, said at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office on July 30 that the "Implementation Plan for the Childcare Subsidy System" requires that the implementation of the childcare subsidy system adhere to safety and standardization, be simple and easy to implement, strictly review qualifications, standardize the issuance process, improve work efficiency, ensure the safety of funds, and actively accept social supervision on relevant situations. In the near future, the Ministry of Finance will also work with the National Health Commission to print the Management Measures for Childcare Subsidy Funds, clarify the specific requirements for fund allocation, use, management and supervision, refine and standardize the fund issuance process, and implement work responsibilities at all levels. The two departments will implement full-process budget performance management for subsidy funds, carry out performance monitoring and performance evaluation, and ensure that financial funds are well managed and used.
