[Shanghai Issues Urban Flooding Risk Warning] The Shanghai Flood Control Headquarters Office and the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a flooding risk warning at 12:00 on July 30th: Accumulated rainfall of more than 100 mm is expected in Shanghai for six hours over the next 24 hours. Districts such as the central city, Pudong New Area, Minhang, Songjiang, and Qingpu may experience localized flooding of approximately 15-30 cm, with some areas experiencing mild flooding exceeding 30 cm. Citizens are advised to take precautions and closely monitor rainfall forecasts and warnings. Avoid areas with accumulated water whenever possible. Avoid traveling through areas of unknown depth, underpasses, and other areas prone to flooding during rainy days.
