[National Deployment of Chikungunya Fever Prevention and Control and Flood Control and Disaster Relief Efforts] ⑴ A national video and telephone conference on Chikungunya Fever prevention and control emphasized the need to strengthen the responsibilities of all four parties, strengthen risk assessment, and coordinate epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development. The conference called for strengthening regional joint prevention and control efforts, improving multi-channel monitoring and early warning mechanisms, and strictly preventing the spread of the epidemic and imported cases. ⑵ Prevention and control measures include: deepening the Patriotic Health Campaign, strengthening environmental disinfection and mosquito-borne disease control; improving medical institutions' testing capabilities and outpatient and emergency department management to ensure early detection and treatment; strengthening health education and standardizing information dissemination. ⑶ The conference also made specific arrangements for recent flood control and disaster relief efforts.
