Hainan Expressway Plans to Acquire 51% Stake in Transportation Control Petrochemical for Cash: (1) Hainan Expressway announced its intention to acquire a 51.0019% stake in Hainan Transportation Control Petrochemical from Hainan Transportation Investment Commercial Group for cash. Upon completion of the transaction, Transportation Control Petrochemical will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and be included in its consolidated financial statements. (2) This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction as the counterparty is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Transportation Investment Holdings, the company's controlling shareholder. The transaction does not involve a share issuance, constitute a restructuring and listing, or result in a change in the company's control.
