(1) The Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission is soliciting public opinion on the "Implementation Rules for the High-Quality Development of Comprehensive Development of Urban Rail Transit TOD in Hangzhou," clarifying that TOD development is centered around rail stations/vehicle bases, creating urban complexes that integrate transportation, commerce, and residential functions. (2) Development scope demarcation standards: General stations have a radius of 500 meters, and transfer stations and key stations have a radius of 800 meters. The vehicle base must include the main land and development land of at least twice its area. Site selection will prioritize suburban areas with mature supporting facilities.
