[China Energy Group generated 580.6 TWh of electricity in the first half of the year] At its second-quarter press conference on the 30th, China Energy Group revealed that in the first half of the year, the group produced and sold 374 million tons of coal, generated 580.6 TWh of electricity, transported 276 million tons of rail freight, and produced 13.55 million tons of chemical products. China Energy Group's coal production and sales, power generation, heat supply, and rail freight volume accounted for 1/6, 1/8, 1/8, and 1/9 of the national total, respectively. The coal it supplies for power generation and heating accounts for approximately 1/4 of the country's total thermal coal resources. (China News Service)
