[National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors: Strengthening the Management of Underwriting Quotations in the Interbank Bond Market] The National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors issued a notice on July 30 regarding the standardization of book-building, issuance, and underwriting in the interbank bond market. The notice proposes to strengthen the management of underwriting quotations in the interbank bond market. The lead underwriters in the interbank bond market should establish and improve the internal management system for underwriting quotations, comprehensively evaluate project costs, and reasonably determine quotations. They shall not participate in the bidding for bond projects with underwriting fees that are lower than the cost. Issuers shall set reasonable selection and scoring indicators in accordance with market principles and shall not interfere with the lead underwriter's independent and objective quotation decision. The Underwriting Quotation Management Measures will be notified separately.
