[South African Parliament passed the 2025 budget and two other bills] The National Committee of Provinces (NCOP) of South Africa passed the 2025 Appropriation Bill and the Eskom Debt Relief Amendment Bill at its plenary meeting on the 30th, marking the completion of parliamentary review of the 2025/26 fiscal year budget and Eskom's debt restructuring plan.
