Two-Year German Bund Yield Rise Over 1 Basis Point: At the close of European trading on Wednesday (July 30), the 10-year German Bund yield fell 0.3 basis points to 2.706%, oscillating in a W-shaped pattern for much of the day. It hit a daily low of 2.674% at 4:25 PM Beijing Time (GMT+8). Following the release of the US ADP Small Non-Farm Payrolls Report and GDP data, it hit a daily high of 2.715% in early trading. The two-year German Bund yield rose 1.2 basis points to 1.954%, trading in a range of 1.929%-1.960% on the day. The 30-year German Bund yield was roughly flat at 3.204%. The 2-year/10-year German Bund yield spread fell 1.495 basis points to +74.860 basis points.
