The National Health Commission, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Disease Control and Prevention, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and other four departments have jointly issued the adjusted "Classification and Catalog of Occupational Diseases", which has been adjusted from the original 10 categories and 132 occupational diseases to 12 categories and 135 occupational diseases (including 4 open clauses). The adjusted catalog will be implemented on August 1, 2025. The "Management Rules for the Recall of Defective Special Equipment" previously issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation will be implemented on August 1. The national standard "Smart Bed" (GB/T 45231-2025) previously approved and issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Administration) will be implemented on August 1.
