[Glass Futures Main Contract Plummets 8.22%, Net Open Interest Widens] ⑴ On July 31st, the main glass futures contract 2509 plummeted 8.22%, with a trading volume of 2.837 million lots. The net open interest gap among the top 20 positions widened to 162,867 lots. ⑵ Total trading volume for all contracts was 4.3149 million lots, down 2.2774 million lots from the previous day. The top 20 positions held a long position of 957,300 lots (an increase of 183,000 lots), and a short position of 1.2116 million lots (an increase of 218,000 lots).
