[Central Bank: Bond Market Issues Total of 8793.95 Billion Yuan in Bonds in June] In June, the bond market issued a total of 8793.95 billion yuan in bonds of all types. Treasury bonds issued 1590.39 billion yuan, local government bonds issued 1175.32 billion yuan, financial bonds issued 1073.87 billion yuan, corporate bonds issued 1425.73 billion yuan, credit asset-backed securities issued 24.72 billion yuan, and interbank certificates of deposit issued 3456.93 billion yuan. As of the end of June, the bond market custody balance was 188.5 trillion yuan. Of this, the interbank market custody balance was 166.7 trillion yuan, and the exchange market custody balance was 21.9 trillion yuan. By bond type, the custody balance was 37.2 trillion yuan for treasury bonds, 51.7 trillion yuan for local government bonds, 42.7 trillion yuan for financial bonds, 33.7 trillion yuan for corporate bonds, 1.0 trillion yuan for credit asset-backed securities, and 21.1 trillion yuan for interbank certificates of deposit. The commercial bank counter bond custody balance was 203.8 billion yuan.
