At the end of trading in New York on Thursday (July 31), the ICE Dollar Index rose 0.15% to 99.960 points, with a cumulative increase of 3.18% in July. It broke through the psychological mark of 100 points for the first time since the end of May. It rose continuously and smoothly from 96.377 points to 98.950 points from July 1 to 17, and then gave up the gains. From July 24 to 31, it rebounded continuously and smoothly from 97.109 points to 100.101 points, approaching the top of 100.481 points on May 29; the Bloomberg Dollar Index rose 0.11% to 1220.63 points, with a cumulative increase of 2.56% in July. The overall trading range was 1185.43 - 1222.08 points.
