OpenAI introduces the Stargate project to Europe. OpenAI announced on July 31st that it will launch the Stargate Norway project, its first AI data center project in Europe. Partners in the Stargate Norway project include Nscale and Aker. The site will be designed and built by Nscale and is expected to be jointly owned by a 50/50 joint venture between Nscale and Aker.
