The Pentagon announcement pointed out: "Congratulations to Raytheon Technologies of Tucson, Arizona for signing a hard fixed price and incentive indefinite contract with a total value of no more than $3.5 billion to produce improved air-to-air medium-range missiles (AMRAAM)."
