Orient Securities Lowers Qia Qia Food's Earnings Forecast, Maintains "Buy" Rating. (1) Orient Securities projects Qia Qia Food's first-half net profit attributable to parent company shareholders to be 80-97.5 million yuan (down 71-76% year-on-year), primarily due to rising raw material costs dragging down gross profit margin. First-quarter revenue fell 13.7% year-on-year, reflecting slowing sales of key product categories and channel destocking. (2) Adjusted EPS forecasts for 2025-2027 to 1.25/1.42/1.67 yuan (previously 2025/2026 forecasts of 2.42/2.75 yuan). We assign a 2025 PE ratio of 21x and a target price of 26.25 yuan.
