Greece's construction output rebounded by 7.2% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2025. (1) Greece's construction output grew by 7.2% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2025, revised upward from a previous decline of 3.8%. (2) Housing construction output increased by 9.3% (previous: 4.6%), while civil engineering output rebounded sharply to 17.6% (previous: -10.4%). (3) The decline in specialized construction activity narrowed to -3.5% (previous: -4%). (4) On a seasonally adjusted basis, construction output surged 44% month-on-month in the June quarter, compared to a 51% plunge in the previous quarter.
