International oil prices rose slightly on the 15th. As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for October delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 61 cents to close at US$63.30 per barrel, an increase of 0.97%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures for November delivery rose by 45 cents to close at US$67.44 per barrel, an increase of 0.67%.
