[Euro hits four-year high against the dollar; dollar nears 2025 low] The euro rose for a second consecutive day against the dollar, reaching an intraday high of 1.1840, its highest level in four years. The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index continued its decline on Tuesday, falling towards its 2025 low. The euro rose as much as 0.7% on Tuesday, bringing its two-day gain to about 0.9%. The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index is currently within 0.5% of its 2025 low.
