Zheng Zhajie, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, explained that innovation and nurturing new things means cultivating and strengthening emerging and future industries. By 2024, the added value of my country's "three new" economies will account for over 18% of GDP.
