The plan aims to achieve more than 10 original major scientific and technological achievements in basic AI theory and key core technologies; develop a number of excellent AI products with wide coverage and high efficiency in key areas and crucial links; cultivate about 5 leading enterprises with strong regional driving capabilities and domestic and international influence; create about 50 distinctive clusters of integrated development of large, medium, and small enterprises; and improve the development ecosystem of "precise policy support, inclusive computing power supply, efficient data circulation, open application scenarios, and independent model innovation," making Shandong a nationally leading area for distinctive AI industry development with core competitiveness and significant influence.
