[Azerbaijan's Oil and Gas Production Diverges, Oil Supply Unexpectedly Tightens] ⑴ Data released by the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan on Friday showed that from January to November 2025, the country's crude oil and condensate production fell by 4.7% year-on-year to 25.33 million tons. ⑵ During the same period, its natural gas production increased year-on-year to 46.45 billion cubic meters, higher than the 46.03 billion cubic meters in the same period last year. ⑶ The unexpected decline in oil production adds new uncertainty to the global oil supply, which may provide marginal support for market balance.
