[Serbia's November Inflation Rate Remains Stable at Nearly Four-and-a-Half-Year Low] ⑴ Serbia's annual inflation rate in November was 2.8%, unchanged from the previous month, remaining at its lowest level since April 2021. ⑵ Food and non-alcoholic beverage prices fell 0.7% year-on-year (compared to a 0.3% increase in October), while clothing and footwear inflation slowed to 2.9% (previous value 3.2%). ⑶ Furniture, household equipment, and routine household maintenance inflation slowed to 0.7% (previous value 1.3%), while miscellaneous goods and services inflation slowed to 4.3% (previous value 4.5%). ⑷ Housing and utilities inflation accelerated to 7.5% (previous value 7.2%), transportation inflation accelerated to 2.6% (previous value 1.7%), and alcoholic beverage and narcotics inflation accelerated to 4.9% (previous value 4.8%). (5) Healthcare inflation accelerated to 5.6% (previous value 4.8%), communications inflation accelerated to 2.3% (previous value 1.4%), entertainment and culture inflation accelerated to 4.5% (previous value 3.7%), and restaurant and hotel inflation accelerated to 6.9% (previous value 6.8%). (6) On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.2% month-on-month in November, a slower pace than the 0.5% increase in October.
