Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has successively deployed the construction of three major international science and technology innovation centers in Beijing, Shanghai, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which have made significant progress in recent years.
