During this period, the backup diesel generators started automatically, all systems operated normally, and no incidents were recorded that could have disrupted the safe operation of the nuclear power plant. Currently, the external power supply to the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant has been fully restored, the backup diesel generators have entered standby mode, all safety systems are operating normally, radiation levels are within normal range, and relevant departments are investigating the cause of the external power transmission line disconnection.
