Recently, an administrative penalty decision disclosed by the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau showed that Yongtuo Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was found to have committed multiple violations. A total of approximately 8.1132 million yuan in business income was confiscated, and a fine of 57.1699 million yuan was imposed, totaling approximately 65.2831 million yuan. The firm was also prohibited from engaging in securities services, and nine responsible individuals were held accountable. Public reports indicate that this is the first time since the 2019 revision of the Securities Law that a regulatory authority has issued a penalty prohibiting an auditing firm from engaging in securities services (Dahe Finance Cube).
