According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in November, the year-on-year sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 1.2%, with the decline widening by 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous month. Specifically, Shanghai saw a 5.1% increase, while Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen experienced declines of 2.1%, 4.3%, and 3.7%, respectively. In second- and third-tier cities, the year-on-year sales prices of newly built commercial residential buildings fell by 2.2% and 3.5%, respectively, with the declines widening by 0.2 and 0.1 percentage points, respectively.
