[National Bureau of Statistics: Investment in People's Livelihood Continues to Increase in the First 11 Months] On December 15th, the State Council Information Office held a press conference. Fu Linghui, spokesperson, chief economist, and director of the Department of Comprehensive Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, stated at the conference that in the first 11 months, new business models and scenarios for residents' travel and shopping accelerated, and infrastructure for people's livelihood continued to improve. Data shows that from January to November, investment in the accommodation and catering industry, wholesale and retail industry, and electricity and heat production and supply industry increased by 7.1%, 7.1%, and 12.5% year-on-year, respectively.
