[National Bureau of Statistics Data: More Cities Saw Month-on-Month Increase in New Home Prices in November] Data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that in November, eight cities saw month-on-month increases in new home prices, two more than the previous month. Hefei and Xiangyang tied for first place with a 0.3% increase each; Nanjing and Guiyang tied for second place with a 0.2% increase each; and Shenyang, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Yangzhou tied for third place with a 0.1% increase each. Year-on-year, five cities saw increases in new home prices, two fewer than the previous month. Shanghai led the way with a 5.1% increase; Hangzhou followed with a 3% increase; and Hefei ranked third with a 1.3% increase.
