[National Bureau of Statistics: Overall, PPI rose for two consecutive months, and positive factors supporting a reasonable price recovery continue to accumulate] Fu Linghui, spokesperson for the National Bureau of Statistics, stated that in November, the Producer Price Index (PPI) continued to rise month-on-month, marking the second consecutive month of increase. The year-on-year decline remained basically stable compared to the previous month, generally continuing the trend of narrowing year-on-year declines since August. Looking at the PPI changes, positive changes have emerged recently. Overall, the PPI has risen for two consecutive months, and positive factors supporting a reasonable price recovery continue to accumulate. However, it should also be noted that the year-on-year PPI is still declining, and further efforts are needed to solidify the foundation for a reasonable price recovery. In the next stage, efforts should continue to expand domestic demand, strengthen the domestic economic cycle, deepen the construction of a unified national market, strengthen capacity management in key industries, improve supply and demand relations, promote a reasonable price recovery, and improve business operations.
