[Hainan Free Trade Port 500kV Main Grid Project Put into Operation] It was learned from Hainan Power Grid Company that today, the Hainan 500kV main grid project, a key project in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for power development and a major project of the Hainan Free Trade Port, was fully put into operation. This is the first power grid project in my country to achieve integrated application of digital technology across the entire province's main grid. China Southern Power Grid predicts that by 2030, Hainan's peak power load will reach 15.5 million kilowatts, and the average annual growth rate of total electricity consumption during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period will reach 10.3%.
